Thanks to our server Bianca for her amazing service, didn't miss a beat everything me and my family asked for was brought in a timely manner, she was very down to earth and genuine would definitely come back, steak was cooked perfectly.
I havent been to Ruby Tuesday’s since i was a kid. All the locations in my area closed down, so for my 21st birthday my only request was to eat at the nearest Ruby Tuesdays. So we drove an hour and a half over, And to be honest, its just as i remember it to be! Our server was Lamar and he was very quick, hilarious, and a great server. Id honestly make the trip down again. Thank you Lamar!
Sarah was the best server ! She was friendly and happy and made our anniversary dinner special even though she didn’t know it was our anniversary!
The food is nearly always well prepared though sometimes could be hotter. Lamar provided excellent customer service, always a smile and attentive. Very relaxed atmosphere and not at all noisy
My girlfriend has a mustard and mustard seed allergy (its in more than you think it is). I called to ensure she could order something, enjoy it and be safe eating it. Crystal assisted me in finding an option she could both enjoy and was safe for her she was so helpful and kind throughout the interaction wonderful customer service and she double checked with her chefs and read packaging on ingredients to make absolutely sure. If she's reading this thank you again your service and kindness shone through and my girlfriend was able to enjoy her meal with peace of mind.
I always get the deconstructed beef kabobs because they are delicious and a nice balance of beef, grilled veggies, & rice! Lamar waited on us today! He is attentive & friendly and we always look forward to him being our waiter! Thanks RT for the great meals & staff!
This was a large surprise birthday party group and everyone got something different. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The server was excellent. He always made sure drinks were replenished. I recommend Ruby Tuesday's for large gatherings. Excellent salad bar also!
We had a large group for my friend's birthday and Lamar provided amazing service! The food was fast and tasty. The restaurant was clean. The manager, Joe, asked if there was anything he could do for us and when we asked him if he could turn the heat up, he actually did! They were so friendly and accommodating!
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Pottsville’s! Joe and Lamar went above and beyond and truly made the visit unforgettable. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was better than the last. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and had a great vibe that made you want to stay awhile. On top of that, the facility was spotless—hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve been to. From service to food to atmosphere, everything was spectacular. This is how dining out should be done. Highly recommend!
We came in to sit at the bar during a busy dinner rush. Sara our bartender communicated with us well and let us know she’d be right with us. She was running around making drinks and taking care of multiple guests all with a smile on her face. We really enjoyed our time, Sara was amazing and very charming. The drinks and 6.99 burgers were great! We will be back. Thank you Sara for an amazing experience despite how busy it was!
